By accessing the Site, you confirm your understanding of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use, you will not be able to use this website. The site reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on the Site with no prior notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions of Use regularly for any updates. If you wish to continue using the Site after any changes have been posted on the Terms and Conditions, then you accept these changes.

USE OF THE SITE

Age

In order to use the Site, you have to be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you must use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We grant you a non-transferable or revocable license to use the Site under the specified terms and conditions. The purpose of this license is to shop for personal products sold on the Site. Use for commercial purposes or use on behalf of any third party is prohibited, except as expressly and transparently permitted in advance by us. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without any notice.

All content included on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property and copyright work of either GOLDEN SCENT, its content suppliers, or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights and laws. The compilation of the content on the Site is the exclusive property and copyright of GOLDEN SCENT and is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights and laws.

Subscription / Customer Account

Certain services and related features that may be made available on the Site may require registration or subscription. Should you choose to register or subscribe to any of these services or related features, then you will agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself, and to promptly update such information if there are any changes. Every user of the Site is solely responsible for keeping passwords and other account identifiers safe and secure. The account owner is entirely responsible for all activities that occur under such a password or account. Furthermore, you must notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account. In no event will GOLDEN SCENT be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or loss of profits, goodwill or damage whatsoever resulting from the disclosure of your username and/or password.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or if GOLDEN SCENT has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with this User Agreement, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of GOLDEN SCENT under this User Agreement or at law, GOLDEN SCENT has the right to indefinitely suspend, limit or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your membership of the Site.

Newsletter

During the registration process you agree to receive promotional emails from the Site. You can subsequently opt out of receiving such promotional emails by clicking on the link at the bottom of any promotional email.

User Submissions

Anything that you submit to the Site and/or provide to us, including but not limited to, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") will become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you. In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the Site, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than you, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions. We may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING

Administrational order changes

The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address before we accept the order.

Product Descriptions

This Site does not warrant, however, that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered on GOLDEN SCENT Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item, as specified in the Return Policy.

Pricing Information

GOLDEN SCENT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product or service whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of an error. If this occurs, GOLDEN SCENT will notify you by email. In addition, GOLDEN SCENT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated full retail price.

Saving Credit Card Information

By paying with your credit card, you are agreeing to save your credit card information on Golden Scent. Your credit card details will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. All your information is safe and cannot be accessed by any third party.

Return Policy

Please note that makeup products are non-returnable once purchased.

Indemnities

You agree to indemnify and hold GOLDEN SCENT and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and suppliers harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses), howsoever suffered or incurred due to or arising out of your breach of this User Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Severability

If any clause of this User Agreement shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such clause shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of this User Agreement. In such a case, such provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby, and such provision shall be deemed to be restated to reflect the parties’ original intentions as nearly as possible in accordance with applicable laws.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in, Saudi Arabia. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia and to waive any objections based upon venue

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on the Site, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Terms and Conditions or any part of it ("Dispute"), then the parties shall first attempt amicably to settle the Dispute through good-faith negotiations over a period of thirty (30) calendar days commencing on the date that a party first sends to the other party a written notice of the Dispute.

TERMINATION

In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under Terms and Conditions. Upon any termination of this Agreement, we shall immediately terminate all access to and use of the Site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. You furthermore agree that the Site shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of GOLDEN SCENT in operating the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

Coupon Vouchers/Promotional Codes

Gift Cards are coupons that you can purchase. Gift Cards can be redeemed for the purchase of products on www.goldenscent.com. Gift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of other Gift Cards. The balance of the Gift Card will not be paid neither in cash nor can customers earn interest on it. You can redeem a Gift Card after the order process is complete. Gift Cards and credit cannot be honored retroactively. You can only cancel the purchase of a Gift Card if the gift voucher has not been redeemed. A Gift Card is considered redeemed when it is charged with an order, or was credited to the credit account. If the balance of a gift card is not sufficient for your purchase order, the difference can be compensated with payment options that will be offered to you. Promotional codes may not be used for the purchase of Gift Cards. To redeem gift cards on your account or view existing credit, please visit My Account on www.goldenscent.com. We accept no liability in case of loss, theft or illegibility of the Gift Card that is not attributable to GOLDEN SCENT. Similarly, we assume no liability for typographical errors in the email address of the gift card recipient. Gift Cards are transferable. Copying, editing or manipulating the Gift Card is not permitted. The use of gift cards for commercial purposes is also prohibited. Please note that you will not get any free samples or free gifts when purchasing the Gift Card. You can however get free samples or free gifts when redeeming the Gift Card.

Coupon vouchers:

- The minimum order to use gift card is 200 SAR and it cannot be used on Arabic Brands or Beauty Products.

- Gift vouchers are issued in 100 SAR denominations (e.g., 500 SAR = 5 × 100 SAR vouchers).

Promotional Codes:

- Promotional Codes cannot be used on Chanel, Dior, Arabic Brands, Flash Sales, Lowest Prices of The Year, Buy 1 Get 1, Clearance Offers, Maqam Al-Shuyoukh Perfume and Beauty Products.

*Some codes have a maximum discount, and the value varies depending on the offer:

- Discount of 5% has a minimum order of 150 SAR

- Discount of 10% has a minimum order of 300 SAR with a discount not exceeding 50 SAR

- Discount of 15% has a minimum order of 150 SAR with a discount not exceeding 75 SAR

- Discount of 20% has a minimum order of 200 SAR with a discount not exceeding 40 SAR, or a minimum order of 400 SAR with a discount not exceeding 80 SAR

**For 25% discounts, kindly note the following conditions:

- A 25% discount applies to a minimum order of 100 SAR, with a maximum discount of 25 SAR.

- A 25% discount applies to a minimum order of 150 SAR, with a maximum discount of 40 SAR.

- The maximum discount for any 25% discount is 40 SAR.

Spin & Win Promotion:

- A minimum order of 400 SAR is required to use the code.

- Upon using the code, you will receive gift vouchers equal to your order total, based on the offer.

*Some vouchers and codes have a minimum shopping cart, and this value varies according to the code.

- The maximum value of the vouchers offered with Niche perfume promotions is 400 SAR, regardless of the type of offer.

Code ""Kelshy"": Works on all products with either a 35 SAR discount for orders above 350 SAR or a 70 SAR discount with no minimum order.

- To receive the free vouchers for any offer, the final order amount after adding the discount code must be as per the minimum cart amount mentioned with the offer.

Competitions

A Trip to Ibiza with Rabanne

The prize includes a trip to Ibiza for a duration of 4 days and 3 nights.

The winner will receive two economy-class round-trip tickets (Riyadh – Ibiza – Riyadh), one for the winner and one for a companion.

If the winner resides outside Riyadh, travel expenses to reach Riyadh will be the responsibility of the winner.

Flight costs will be covered by Rabanne, up to a total of $2,000 USD ($1,000 per person). The winner will have the flexibility to select suitable travel dates.

Accommodation expenses will be covered by Rabanne, with a budget of $1,500 USD for a single room for 3 nights. The winner can choose the hotel within the allocated budget.

Any expenses exceeding the allocated budgets for accommodation or round-trip flights, as well as any additional costs related to extending the stay beyond the 3 nights covered by Rabanne, will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Visa application fees for both the winner and their companion will be fully covered by Rabanne.

If a visa is not granted for any reason, a new winner will be selected through a second draw.

The campaign will run from July 1st to July 31st, 2025.

The winner will be selected through a draw on August 10th, 2025, and announced via Golden Scent’s social media platforms.

Bullet Delivery

- The bullet delivery service is available in Riyadh - KSA only.

- Bullet delivery is available for selected products.

- There will be an additional cost of 20 SAR for the service of bullet delivery (not included in the order price). If there is a delay from Golden Scent, the fee will be refunded to the customer. However, the fee is not refundable if the delay was caused by the customer, including not responding to the courier's call.

- If the order is not delivered, it will be returned to Golden Scent warehouses and re-shipped with a shipping company. It will take 1-3 business days for delivery.

Cashback

The minimum cart amount should be 250 SAR to be able to use your cashback balance.

The cashback value will be automatically calculated from the subtotal amount after the discount has been added to your order.

Kindly note that the redeemed amount from your cashback value will not exceed 5% of the subtotal of the order upon checkout.

You can benefit from your entire cashback balance if it covers 5% of the subtotal of the order.

For example: if you have a balance of 50 SAR in your wallet and your order value is 1000 SAR, you can use your wallet balance in full, as 50 SAR is 5% of the subtotal of your order, which is equal to 1000 SAR.

The cashback earned has 6 months expiration days.

You can save the cashback you earned from your purchases and redeem them later at your convenience within 6 months.

The cashback credit expires in one month if the cashback value is more than 5% during any promotion.

During some wallet offers to use more than 5% there will be a minimum order and there will be a maximum amount to be used from the wallet .

Due to some technical issues, the cashback program is not working in the UAE store in the meantime. Once the problem is solved, cashback earned will be available in your wallet again for your usage.
